Small, intimate and seating up to thirty guests, the Indochine Restaurant serves three meals daily and combines both buffet style service with à la carte fine dining. Viet Princess Cruise Hospitality Director is originally from Europe and the onboard Head Chef calls Cambodia home. All hospitality service crew are Khmer and speak English fluently.

After decades of experience onboard the most renowned cruise lines around the world, our French Hospitality Director has decided to settle for a while in this area of the world. Not only being an asset for Viet Princess Cruises he is as well a caring leader enhancing people to develop their skills at their best, making sure no details are too small, and no requests are too large to fulfilled guests' satisfaction & expectation.

Executive Chef On’s passion for cooking was ignited at an early age by his grandmother. Inspired by her culinary skills, he developed a deep love for cuisine, which grew stronger over time. Determined to pursue his passion, he embarked on a culinary career, gaining extensive experience in luxury restaurants.

With his expertise in crafting exquisite dishes, particularly in the realm of fine dining and high-end cruise experiences, Chef On is a true embodiment of culinary excellence and professionalism. His dedication to gastronomy ensures that every dish is a masterpiece, offering guests an unforgettable dining experience.

As well as a variety of superior amenities, all trained crews are referred to as a lighthouse for diners enjoying their meals in The Indochine Restaurant to navigate to the edge of a genuinely incredible time. Having previously received a professional training course, generous staffs have consistently bent over backwards to realize guests’ demands during the trip.
