The Mekong Princess is not just a ship – it’s a floating world of unparalleled luxury, warmth, and discovery. Each time we step onboard, it feels like coming home, but with the magic and wonder of a brand-new adventure.

If you're reading this, believe us, everything is true and will exceed your wildest expectations. We should know! From the moment you step onto the gangway and Eric, the cruise director himself, greets you by name, you know you’re in for something extraordinary. Eric and his crew redefine hospitality. Their balance of attentiveness and respect for your privacy is sheer perfection. By the end of the trip, the staff will feel like family – so much so, you’ll start planning your return before you even disembark.

The service? Impeccable! Every need is anticipated, every detail thoughtfully handled. From the spotless suites cleaned multiple times a day to the dining room staff who somehow remember your preferences from the first evening, the level of care is astonishing. And the food? Each dish prepared by Chef On and his team is a masterpiece, blending local flavors with exquisite presentation. Every bite is a celebration of the Mekong’s rich culinary heritage.

"The ship itself was a highlight! With its elegant French Colonial design, it felt like a boutique floating hotel, accommodating just 28 guests and boasting an almost 1:1 staff-to-guest ratio. Because of this high staff to passenger ratio, the service on board was nothing short of exceptional!
My husband and I loved our Apsara Suite, complete with a French balcony and plenty of space. I even got a peek at the luxurious Angkor Suite and if you want something truly special—it’s a splurge worth considering .”

I notice that reviews are mostly done on a 5 star system. 5 stars simply dose not do justice to the team on Mekong Princess. My recommendation without a doubt deserves 10/5 stars. I cannot fault one thing that could justify a negative comment.
Keep up what you are doing, I would find it hard to make any suggestions on how to improve on your excellence.
To anyone considering doing this cruise, "STOP LOOKING, THIS IS IT"

The hospitality and admin crew were both amazing. they are lovely greeted me with delight and smile. The service is fantastic, quick and of very high standard.
The tour guides were excellent too. they are very knowledgeable and skillful in communication particularly Mr Ry who conducted the killing field tour. His knowledge of what happened was both professional and personal. I would recommend them both to anyone visiting Vietnam and Cambodia.
The cruise boat is luxurious and the very enjoyable to be in. The atmosphere with only 18 guests served by 32 crew personnel is one of a kind in my experience. I was treated like a king.

Woyld heartily recommend this trip!
The ship is smaller than most and the staff quickly become like family ! Sailing up the Mekong is a marvellous experience and the excursions have been informative and at times very emotional. Food is excellent and everything is wonderfully clean and comfortable.

You won’t regret booking this trip!

We have absolutely enjoyed our week’s sailing with the Mekong Princess. The staff are fabulous, they look after all your wants and needs, very friendly and personable. The arranged tours have been well organised, and very informative, with our own personal guide. There has also been time to relax and enjoy the wonderful ship.
A luxury home away from home and we would highly recommend this tour.
 

We are back from our once in a lifetime trip to Vietnam and Cambodia and our 7 day tour on the Mekong River aboard the spectacular Mekong Princess. The exceptional service aboard the Mekong Princess, the wonderful staff who welcomed us like family every day with smiling faces made very day onboard unique and we were pampered beyond belief.

The service is beyond our expectations with our private valet/butler, and the food is prepared to your desires or tastes beyond just a gourmet menu. Highly recommend that you look into them on Facebook, RV Mekong Princess if you plan to vacation in Vietnam/Cambodia.

“Wow”! That’s all I can say when the picturesque landscapes in front of my eyes are more beautiful than the picture. The inspirational trip left me with so many impressive and unforgettable memories.
 

It's hard to find wonderful sceneries like these anywhere else. A trip through the narrow creeks lined with Nipah palms perfectly along both sides really touched my heart!
